house & garden rules​

• No more than four people are allowed per reservation for overnight stays.

• You must be at least 25 years old to book this property.

• Two night minimum when booking overnight stays.

• No Pets

• Prohibited activities: smoking, vaping or illegal drug use; illegal activity including underage drinking; no fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind; fire pit requires approval (wood only); no unregistered guests. Smoking and vaping allowed in a designated area in the garden. No smoking or vaping indoors.

• Observe quiet hours 10PM - 8AM and agree to cancellation policy.

• No loud music, events or commercial use (photo/video) without prior host approval.

• No glitter, party sprinkles, confetti, body oil or re-arranging furniture.

• Do not move the sheer panels in the master bedroom.

• Do not water the plants indoor or the plants outdoors.

• Guests do not have access to the garage.

• Only human waste & toilet paper can be flushed.

• $75 late check out fee​

cancellation policy​​​
 

• Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking.

• Full refund including security deposit is allowed until 60 days before your reservation. After that, any cancellation will forfeit your security deposit. Full refund of the rental cost and cleaning fee is allowed for cancellations made between 30-60 days before check in. 50% Refund for cancellations within 7-30 days of check in. No refunds for cancellations made within 1 week of check in.

• The cancellation policy will be upheld, no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance
